# Troubleshooting

> Resolve common Aixcut upload, generation, editing, and export issues.

## I cannot sign in

Confirm that you are using the account and sign-in method associated with the project. If the problem continues, contact [support@aixcut.com](mailto:support@aixcut.com).

## An upload is not ready

Wait until processing finishes before adding the asset to the timeline or using it in an AI workflow. Retry the upload if its status does not change.

## The generated result needs changes

Make the prompt more specific by adding the subject, action, style, duration, and constraints. Then revise the result in the editor.

## Text is difficult to read

Open the text panel and shorten long lines, correct line breaks, and review the timing in Preview.

## The timeline result is incorrect

Select the affected clip and check its order and duration. Preview the surrounding clips after making a change.

## Export is stuck or fails

Confirm that all media has finished processing and that the project has no missing assets. Retry the export. If the problem continues, send support the project context and the approximate time of the failure.
